Any personal information that may be collected on the website: https://www.implanet-invest.com/implanet-investors (hereafter the “Site”) is principally used by the company: IMPLANET et NEWCAP (hereafter the “Editor”) to manage our relationship with you. This information is recorded in the Editor’s customer files or prospect files, and these files, which are developed based on the personal information provided by you, are declared to the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés).
The principal purposes of the use of your personal information are:
